You should reinterpret something classic and spice it up on the Hessian plate – that would be something special! How about a hearty Äppelwoi goulash or boiled cheese schnitzel with pumpkin and apple mash? Hand cheese carpaccio with cream and cognac cream with beetroot salad or green sauce and herb pancakes with orange and asparagus also taste delicious!
A glass of “Frankfurter Sprizz” with the apple wine boat sweetens the Hessian evening. A beautifully laid table awaits you with suitable wines, juice and water. Each participant will receive the recipes of the evening in an attractive form with colored pictures to take away. After cooking together, we present our dishes on the buffet and feast by candlelight… after distributing the leftovers, we do the dishes and leave the school kitchen tidy and clean.
Please bring: 3 tea towels, 1 small hand towel, apron, 6 – 8 tightly sealable containers for leftovers.
