Learn the refined French cuisine!
Master it and then perhaps surprise your French acquaintances with a good meal at your home. French cuisine is characterized by its simplicity and at the same time by the beauty of its preparation, which is characterized by warmth.
In this course, you will learn the secrets of preparing dishes such as cassoulet, a bean stew with choux cheese fritters. Master a hearty rabbit stew “ragoút de lièvre” with spinach croquettes. Crepes with vegetable ragout and ratatouille, with chicken in red wine “Coq au vin” or the classic “Quiche Lorraine” will delight you! We end the evening with crepes Suzette and a pear tart with lavender and diabolo menthe.

The class will be held in a specially decorated room. A beautifully set table with matching wines, juices and water awaits. Each participant will receive a recipe for the evening with colorful photos to take home. After cooking together we feast by candlelight At the end of the class we leave the school kitchen clean and tidy.
Please bring: 3 dish towels, 1 small towel, apron, 6 – 8 tightly closing containers for leftovers.
